How to make employees happy: Evidence from Thai university lecturers

Ensuring workers’ job satisfaction could help an organization maintain professional staff and achieve high productivity. Based on this evidence, many firms have tried to evaluate some specific factors which can influence among their employees so that they appropriately issue new working policies promote a better environment. In regard, the main objective of paper was investigate how salary, workload, work-family conflict, stress, burnout university lecturers in Thailand. To aim, study elaborated Google survey form collect data from 450 different universities around Thailand; reached valid response rate 86%. The results revealed conflict significantly affect satisfaction, while has insignificant impact. comparison, stress (β = –0.47) is most decisive factor satisfaction.
